Loki Laufeyson is one of the most, if not THE most, recognizable characters from the MCU.

And even though he is classified as a villain in the earlier movies we actually got to se a beautiful redemption arc play out over the coarse of the Infinity Saga.

But the events of Avengers: Infinity War left his character a little less alive then we would have liked so Disney said “Let’s give him a show”
