The Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them Franchise has come a long way from just being a fluff book mentioned in the Harry Potter novels.

It is now a real book written by J.K. Rowling as a companion piece to the 7 book series and the other books such as Quidditch Through the Ages, A History of Magic and, The Tales of Beedle the Bard.

These 4 fluff books and the 2 Fantastic Beast movies that have been made so far are a great continuation of the HP Universe. With a lot of recent news regarding the third movie on the horizon this franchise is what The Beard and I chose to discuss in this episode.
